Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local or session storage, work in a comparable way. They can be strictly necessary for a website to work, or used for statistics, marketing or tracking.

Cookies we use

  • We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not use any third-party tracking tools.
  • The website only uses strictly necessary technical storage: the browser's session storage remembers your scroll position while you move between pages. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.
  • Fonts and images are served from our own website, so no data is sent to Google or other third parties when you browse.
  • Links to other websites (for example Livro de Reclamações or WhatsApp) are only contacted when you click them; those sites have their own cookie policies.

How to manage cookies

Because we only use strictly necessary storage, we do not show a cookie banner. You can delete or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings; the website will still work. If we ever add statistics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
