Pay the reference on your invoice via online banking or any ATM in Portugal.
MB WAY
Pay instantly from the MB WAY app.
Visa and Mastercard, via the secure online payment link sent with your invoice.
Pay with your iPhone or Apple Watch via the online payment link.
Pay with your Android phone via the online payment link.
Online payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MB WAY or Multibanco reference) is available for invoices up to €1,000. Larger amounts are paid by bank transfer.
When to pay
Small repairs and single visits
Invoiced on completion of the job; pay by bank transfer or online.
Regular maintenance contracts
Invoiced monthly.
Renovations and larger projects
An individual payment schedule, agreed in your quote.
Every job is invoiced, and we can include your NIF.
Service area and travel fees
We work across the whole island of Madeira. Travel in our core area is free; for other municipalities a fixed travel fee per visit applies, always stated in your quote.

- A visit means one trip to your property on one day.
- In Zones C and D we take on jobs from €305 (€250 + IVA).
- Survey visits in Zones C and D are charged at the travel fee, which we deduct from the price if you accept the quote.
- Porto Santo: on request.
